While spending the afternoon with this gorgeous mother to be, she shared her experiences of change, physical and mental, as this tiny new life was growing within her. One thing she said really resonated with me, when talking about the change and the way people’s perception and interaction with you changes and how that can be frustrating, she added “and then some days I surprise myself and go do things by myself, because I am reminded, I am not alone, you are always with me as I will be with you”.

The love of a mother, before she even gets to hold you, is truly powerful and permeates her every action.
